I felt this was important to clarify, since my username is GarterSnake508. While I do like snakes, I also like chickens, dragons, and hold a great passion for coding!
For years now, I have been coding games in Godot, some of which I have released on this page. Some are absurd, others dark; all spring from an idea I loved and (successfully or not) turned into a game. Outside of coding, I enjoy Linux, reading, and creative writing. I don't have a chicken, despite my love for the species, so alas, I must settle for digital fowl.
Here are a few suggestions to whet your appetite:
Skybird, if you have a mouse and enjoy combat-centered games
Inflation Issues, if you like the idea of 3D flappy bird and/or want to hear what my voice sounds like
HappyOS, if you enjoy creepy puzzles or computers
Rocky Road, if you like sandboxes or mountains
Deducktion, if you hold a penchant for platformers or duck bellies
Car Go Vroom and Car Go Vroom 2, if you want something weird and nonsensical to do while you're bored (of all the games I've created, this game in particular happened to attain over half my total views... unfortunately)
Beware that some of the early games are rather rough. Many would take such entries down, or at least make them unlisted, but for the sake of creativity, I have them up here. Whenever you play my better games, try some of my early ones. Whenever you find yourself grappling with despair over your "lower quality" games, know mine are certainly worse. Developing a skill is no easy task, but I hope my creative journey will provide inspiration and companionship.
